IntelliJet Marine and Art Anderson Associates to Present at
Advanced Naval Propulsion Symposium 2008

Redmond, WA -  August 5, 2008 – IntelliJet Marine, Inc. and Art Anderson Associates will present the revolutionary IntelliJet™ technology at the Advanced Naval Propulsion Symposium 2008. The Symposium’s stated purpose:

“Changing requirements for the application of Naval Forces … have heightened interest in advanced propulsion systems for naval ships and craft. Major areas of concern include high speed transport, reduced manning, increased reliability, reduced life cycle cost and compatibility with all electric ship concepts. This symposium seeks to promote a discussion of current and future concepts for advanced naval propulsion systems and how they might be effectively applied for future naval forces.”

IntelliJet President Jeff Jordan states, “We are entering the IntelliJet™ Age of marine propulsion, and this is the ideal stage for our presentation. This technology will enhance the efficiency of gas, diesel and electric ships and boats over a wide range of operating speeds and loads.”

Ron Selvidge, Vice President of Research at Art Anderson Associates states, “More efficient propulsion enables new vessel designs, as well as solutions to old problems.  No one will think of Naval Architecture the same way after this.”

Jordan and Selvidge will be submitting a related technical paper for peer review and publication in the Journal of the American Society of Naval Engineers.

IntelliJet™ technology is an essential element of cleantech for recreational boats, yachts and commercial craft. It offers up to 50% reduction in fuel consumption and maximum safety for humans and marine life.

The Symposium will be held December 15 and 16 in Arlington, Virginia.  For more info, go to http://www.navalengineers.org/Events/ANP2008/ANPHome.html .

IntelliJET Marine and Art Anderson Announce JV Marketing Agreement

Redmond, WA – July 16, 2008 – IntelliJet Marine, Inc. and Art Anderson Associates announced today that they have signed a broad joint marketing agreement. Under this agreement:

  • Anderson will broaden its business development effort to generate U.S. military research funding for projects incorporating the IntelliJet technology.  IntelliJet will team exclusively with Anderson to bid on Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) topics and other U.S. Government-funded research. The SBIR program provides early-stage R&D funding to small technology companies. Proposals are judged competitively on the basis of scientific, technical and commercial merit.

  • Anderson will act as the exclusive agent for licensing of IntelliJet technology in applications over 2000hp.

  • IntelliJet will employ Anderson exclusively for marine architecture and engineering services related to the application of IntelliJet technology under the licenses.

The IntelliJet technology offers a much broader range of efficient operation, creating opportunities for new vessel designs that carry more and go faster while using less fuel.  IntelliJet President Jeff Jordan states, “Marine propulsion will finally benefit from computer-controlled functions like the ones that have revolutionized aircraft and automobiles, dramatically reducing fuel consumption, emissions, noise and injuries.”

Ron Selvidge, Vice President of Research at Art Anderson Associates states, “For the first time, there is a propulsor that provides the breadth of bollard pull and high speed efficiency that many of our military and commercial customers need.  This is why we are proud to bring this IntelliJet capability to our customers.”

The technology is applicable to recreational boats, yachts and commercial craft, in addition to military boats and ships.

IntelliJet to Present at NSRP

Redmond, WA - May 22, 2008 – Jeff Jordan, President of IntelliJet Marine, Inc. will present the innovative IntelliJet™ technology to the Product Design and Materials Technology Panel Meeting of the National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP).  The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Seattle on June 4 at 10 a.m. and is open to the public, although registration is preferred.  http://www.nsrp.org/events.html

IntelliJet Marine is working with the Bremerton naval architect and marine engineering firm, Art Anderson & Associates, to incorporate IntelliJet™ technology in military craft.

The NSRP was created to reduce the cost of building and maintaining U.S. Navy warships and to provide a collaborative framework to improve ship-related technical and business processes.

Mr. Jordan has also recently presented at two investor forums in Seattle, the ZINO Society’s Zino Green Socially Conscious Investment Forum and the Early Stage Investment Forum of the Northwest Entrepreneur Network.

His oft-stated message is that, “We expect the IntelliJet solution to dominate the boat market, because the IntelliJet™ will do for boats what the jet has done for airplanes.  It features real-time computer control of a high-capacity jet. This patented technology delivers outstanding performance, up to 50% fuel savings, and reduced emissions. This makes for a smooth, quiet, easy to drive boat with high acceleration and load carrying capacity.  It also sets new standards for safety, reliability, and ease of service.”

The IntelliJet is applicable to recreational boats, large yachts, and military craft.

The technical details are well-documented in issued patents, white papers, demo videos, and PowerPoint presentations to industry groups, available at www.iiJet.com.

Patent Issued for Variable Marine Jet

Redmond, WA  September 11, 2007 -- IntelliJet Marine, Inc. has been granted U.S. Patent # 7,241,193 for its Variable Marine Jet propulsion technology. The company believes the IntelliJet™ technology will answer the expressed desire from boaters for greater reliability, more economical operation, and increased maneuverability and safety.

The company is currently testing the IntelliJet™ and preparing to go into proto production.

The technology incorporates continuously variable power transmission (CVT), now becoming standard in automobiles, and simplifies operations by eliminating the need for reverse gearing or a reversing bucket. “Existing boats utilize a fixed drive system that hasn’t been seen in automobiles since the Model T.  The IntelliJet™ is naturally expected to enhance fuel economy and engine life in boats, just as transmissions have in automobiles,” says Jeff Jordan, President of IntelliJet Marine, Inc.

Management expects the IntelliJet™ system to offer better efficiency than conventional jets and propellers over a wide range of operating speeds and loads.

The technical details are well documented in issued patents, white papers, demo videos, and PowerPoint presentations to industry groups, available at www.iiJet.com.

The following are excerpts from a letter to shareholders of IntelliJet Marine, Inc. dated February 4, 2005

To the Stockholders of Marine Jet Technology Corp.

Re:      Distribution of Shares of Common Stock of Intellijet Marine, Inc.

Dear Stockholder:

This letter is being provided to you by the Board of Directors of Intellijet Marine, Inc. (“Intellijet”), a Nevada corporation organized on October 22, 2004.  Recently, you received the Schedule 14f-1 Information Statement filed by Marine Jet Technology Corp. (“Marine Jet”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 13, 2005.  The Information Statement furnished you with certain information in connection with the proposed sale by Mr. Jeff P. Jordan of all of his shares of common stock, representing 70.1% of the outstanding shares of common stock, of Marine Jet and the resultant change of control of Marine Jet.

In connection with the above-described transaction, Marine Jet organized Intellijet as a wholly-owned subsidiary and, on January 20, 2005, Intellijet entered into an agreement with Marine Jet providing for Marine Jet to transfer all of its assets to Intellijet and for Intellijet to assume, and indemnify and hold harmless Marine Jet for, all of the liabilities and obligations of Marine Jet.  Subsequently, the Boards of Directors of Marine Jet and Intellijet . . . . .  authorized the distribution of all of the 21,822,570 outstanding shares of common stock of Intellijet owned by Marine Jet to the stockholders of Marine Jet of record on January 24, 2005 . . . . . . on a pro rata basis (the “Distribution”).   . . . . .The shareholders of Marine Jet have received stock representing the number of shares of common stock of Intellijet that is equivalent to the number of shares of common stock of Marine Jet that you currently own.

. . . . . . . . . . The Boards of Directors of Marine Jet and Intellijet determined that the Distribution would be in your best interest for the following reasons:

·       Intellijet will be a private corporation focused on the further development and sale of marine jet technology. . . . . .

·       We believe that Intellijet will have a better chance of commercializing the technology that Marine Jet has worked to develop for so long because Intellijet will not have to cope with the complex problems and financial burdens associated with the new regulations affecting public companies.

·       Marine Jet will continue to be a public company with its shares of common stock traded on the OTCBB.

·       You will continue to own the shares of common stock of Marine Jet that you currently own . . .

Sincerely,

IntelliJet Marine, Inc.
